I just wanted to have a quick chat with you about something.
Just a quick food chat!! 🙂
So since before I even started this blog I knew that I wanted to include food posts, such a recipes.
Then I looked at my kitchen and realized how difficult this would be.
Seriously, two people do not fit in my kitchen and when Scott and I try to both fit in there, it does not work out well. It is constant bumping into each other, knocking stuff over, and our famous evil glares at each other. It’s really just better to not even try.
Also this blog focuses more on travel and a bit of lifestyle, so I wasn’t sure how well food posts would even fit.
But then I got to thinking – this is MY blog. I shouldn’t listen to every other blogger who says you can only have one topic to write about. I love travel, so I’ll write about it. I love cooking, so if I can get some decent photos in the kitchen then just maybe I’ll do it.
I love cooking and have been doing more cooking since becoming vegetarian.
I always want to share the results on this blog but my kitchen is dark with no windows (I swear I don’t live in a tiny cell) so taking photos of the before and during is difficult.
I only sometimes remember to take an after photo, so food posts haven’t worked out thus far.
Okay so avocado toast isn’t really ‘cooking’ but we all love a lovely avocado toast picture, don’t we?
So the whole point of this post was really just to find out what you all think.
Would you be down for some food posts, even if the photos may suck? Or should I just scrap that idea?
Let me know what you all think!
I have been browsing Pinterest for recipes, and I also get the Food Network Magazine which is always full of scrumptious recipes! So there is so much inspiration for food posts.
Now it is just to decide if the bad photo quality is worth it or not.
Also, any recipes I should try out?
