I go through phases with food. I’m either completely obsessed with something, or I just don’t want it. Of course there are meals that I’m always down for (hello spaghetti!) but those are special. Right now I’m in a happy rut of an assortment of different foods that I’m craving, so I thought it only fitting to share with you all my favorite meals currently.
These meals are the ones that I’m currently craving everyday, and want to eat for every meal. If only!
Currently on a crazy watermelon kick. I’ve always liked watermelon, but currently I’m loving it. I get hydrated and full, and it’s yummy. Perfect!
I have eaten more mangoes these past few weeks then I have ever eaten in my life. I’m not sure where the love for mangoes came from. Maybe from watching vegan What I Eat In A Day videos on YouTube. Or the family I work for, because they usually have mangoes in their home.
Who knows, but I’m not complaining. I think I’m nearly a pro at cutting one up!
Currently my favorite lunch to bring to work, or quick dinner in the evening. I love getting in as many veggies as possible through out the day. These sandwiches are not only crazy delicious, but I feel really good after eating them!
Seriously, SO DELICIOUS. If it were up to me I would eat this for every meal. But alas, I know
I need to switch it up occasionally.

So quick and easy. A simple way to add protein into your diet, but really yummy as well.
I don’t eat these too often, but when I do I savor each bite.
Well, now I’m hungry! Currently craving – Taco Salad or an egg sandwich!
