September 2018 Round Up

September 2018 Round Up

Hello and Happy October! The best month of the year! I know I’m posting this a week into October, but last week I had a stomach bug and barely left my bed, so blogging just wasn’t on my mind. I am so excited to write up this round up post, and then get started on October’s content!

I’m so glad I live in a world where there are Octobers.” ― L.M. Montgomery, Anne of Green Gables

The above quote has been one of my favorites for as long as I can remember, and still rings so true. I am my happiest in October.

Posts From September

I wrote six blog posts in September.

My August 2018 Round Up Post. So basically this post but for the month of August.

Let’s Get Cozy. I compiled a list of the best TV and movies to get cozy to, for your perfect September night in. So let’s enjoy these earlier, chillier nights. We may now be in October, but this list is still very accurate.

Movies in the Morgue. One of the coolest experiences I’ve had in a long time, please read this post if you haven’t! It was so much fun!

The Clay Cafe In Fredericton. When I went to visit my parents and sister back in June, we had a few things planned. My sister’s high school graduation was the main reason I was there. Then to go to the property my parents purchased in Ontario and visit other family. But one thing that my sister and I did that was so much fun was the Clay Cafe in Fredericton, New Brunswick.

What I Eat In A Day – A Sunday Of Eats. Your typical What I Eat In a Day Post, which I love reading!

And finally, Some Not So Scary Movie For This Halloween Season. We all know that I love all things horror. So naturally Halloween season is my time of year. This season, however, I’m finding a lot of people who find Halloween scary and won’t watch any of the scary movies I recommend. I decided to throw together a list of some not so scary movies for this Halloween season.

I traveled to Kelowna, BC to visit some friends! I can’t wait to get writing about this trip, it was so awesome catching up with friends, exploring a new city, and eating amazing food!

September was a fun month, a wonderful start to the Autumn season. I can’t believe we are already a week down in October. Time, slow down now please!

Hi! I’m Brooklyn. Like many, I thought my purpose in life was to go to university, settle down and have kids. But that is not me.

My aim is to inspire you to travel as much as you can while you can, whether that be through au pair work, or on your limited vacation days. It CAN be done. This world is incredible, let’s explore it!
