Simple & spicy potato wedges? Yum! I have a serious love of potatoes. They are filling and delicious. They have so many varieties, the recipe possibilities are truly endless. Lately I have been on a Yukon Gold Potato kick, but for this recipe I’m about show you any variety of potato will work.
I’m the type of girl who will discover a recipe and stick to it, remaking it over and over until I get sick of it. But recently I ordered a crazy amount of potatoes (I attempted the potato diet, but that’s for another blog post) and needed to think up new ways to eat them.
I love getting spicy wedges from the grocery store in their precooked deli section, but have never made my own, so I decided to try it out!

Enjoy! I like to eat these with ketchup or BBQ sauce.
These were such a success that I’ve already made them three times! As I said before, I love potatoes and I am really happy and excited to have a new recipe to add to my potato roster.
My preferred way to enjoy them is with ketchup, but I decided to try them with BBQ sauce to switch it up and it was really good as well!

Yum!! I think I could live on potatoes. Wedges especially turn into little clouds of soft goodness on the inside. It’s like magic. I’ll have to give the chili powder a try, a little kick is always a good thing.
Same here Liv! Potatoes are soooo good.
Give the chili powder a try, you won’t regret it!
