One of my favorite things about living in Vancouver is the nature. I look outside my window and am rewarded with gorgeous views of the mountains. In the summer they are a dark green from the trees, but in the winter they are covered in white snow. I have never lived near mountains before and I can guarantee that I will never get sick of seeing them.
Something else that I love just as much as the mountain views are the sunsets!
After leaving North Bay I was worried that I wouldn’t see any great sunsets anymore. Boy was I wrong!
Vancouver continues to stun me more and more with how beautiful the sunsets are.
Just look at those photos! Every sunset is different. Some are cotton candy pink, others are dark and moody, yet some look like the gateway to heaven.
I love getting to look out the window every evening to see what the sunset will look like that night. I never know what beauty I am about to behold.
I’m the first to admit that sometimes Vancouver and I don’t get along too well, but I am also the first to admit that Vancouver is the most beautiful place I have ever lived, and the main reason I want to keep living in my tiny studio apartment is because I can’t imagine a day where I couldn’t look outside to see the mountains and incredible sunsets like these.
If I am ever having a bad day I know that come night time, all I have to do is look outside, and be floored by Vancouver’s beauty.
How do you feel about sunsets? Do you love them like I do? Which of these are your favorite?
