Spicy Potato Wedges

A Simple Recipe For Spicy Potato Wedges.


  • 3 Gold Yukon Potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Chili Powder optional for extra spice
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder optional
  • 1 tsp olive oil


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Wash potatoes thoroughly.

  3. Cut potatoes into wedges. 

  4. Put into a bowl and drizzle with olive oil to coat potatoes.

  5. Add in spices. Chili powder and garlic powder are optional. I enjoy the chili powder to give it the spicy kick and I just love garlic powder in everything.

  6. Toss potatoes to coat evenly.

  7. Put on a pan and cook for 40 minutes, flipping halfway.

  8. Enjoy! I like to eat these with ketchup or BBQ sauce.
