Berry Delicious Summer Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tsp Hemp Hearts
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Berries Mine has raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, cherries and strawberries
  • 1 Banana Fine either frozen or fresh
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk
  • Water as needed

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend!

    Personally I add the banana, then the seeds, then the berries, then the honey and then the liquid. But anyway is fine!
